• Valid Class A CDL

• 2yrs OTR

• Current Physical Examination Report

• Clear PSP Report

• Meet Insurance Qualifications

• No more than 3 Moving Violations in the Past 2 years

• No more than 2 Accidents in the Past 2 years

• No “DUI” or “DWI” on MVR

DIESEL MECHANICS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Haynes Farm, Inc located in Blountsville Alabama is a family owned and operated company since 1984, through continued growth we are looking to add on more Diesel Mechanics to our growing team and diversify our schedule opportunities.

We are a Trucking Company/Fleet shop that performs all Preventative, Heavy Duty and Light Duty Maintenance on our fleet of 379 and 389 Peterbilts and Refrigerated Utility Trailers with Thermo King Units.

We are open 7 days a week and looking to hire for multiple shifts which could include 5X8hr Mon-Friday Shifts, 4X10hr Shifts to Include Weekends with pay differential, Second Shift with Mobile Service Call Duties and even Flex Scheduling with overtime opportunities.

We have excellent shop facilities that we keep nice and clean, keep a large stock of parts on hand so we rarely wait for parts on order, supply most specialty tools, provide excellent resources like Wireless Bluetooth Truck Lifts, HVAC Machines, Diesel Laptop Toughbooks, Shop Maintenance Software, Scissor Lifts, Fork Lifts, continued training, parts databases, wiring diagrams, and a lot of other resources to get the job done.

Positions Available for Hiring

• Diesel Mechanic- All Shifts

• Oil Change/Lube Tech- Weekend Shifts Only

• Diesel Mechanic Apprentice- Currently in a Diesel College Program or less than 2 yr diesel experience- All Shifts

• Thermo King Unit Technician, 608 HVAC certification a plus- All Shifts

• Second Shift with Mobile Service Call Duties- All Shift

Skill Requirements:

• Perform minor and major repairs

• Diagnose Problems and plan repair

• Conduct regular maintenance and service on equipment

• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles

• Must have own basic hand tools and toolbox.
